The designer creates zoning and general layout of the room taking into account the needs of the customer.
Interior concept and 3D visualization
The designer works on the general concept of the interior and creates 3D visualizations.
Installation and dismantling of structures
We indicate on the drawings where walls need to be erected and where a certain structure needs to be demolished.
Installation of plumbing equipment
We determine on the plan where the plumbing equipment will be installed, indicate the dimensions of the equipment, articles and names.
Installation of lamps and switches
The project designer marks all installation locations of lamps and switches, thereby determining the further actions of the electricians.
Implementation of automation
We agree in advance on automation systems, explain the algorithms for their operation, and draw up technical specifications and diagrams for the performers.
Laying floor coverings
We prescribe a flooring layout, specify the materials, manufacturers, their quantity and cost.
Ceiling finishing
We place the ceiling structures in the plans and show them in section. We indicate finishing materials, their cost, quantity.
Placement of sockets and low-current networks
We describe in the design project diagrams the placement of sockets and wires.
