DESIGNER SUPERVISION

Designer supervision is the control of compliance with the project by the performers. We monitor the implementation of the conceived concept, control the process of project implementation, update drawings in a timely manner, and help look for alternative solutions if they are needed. In the process of creating an interior, every detail is important, so we will accompany and support you at all stages of construction to achieve the best result.

DESIGNER SUPERVISION INCLUDES

  • Visiting the site once a week to monitor compliance of the repair with the design project.

  • Interaction with suppliers: agreeing on prices, conditions, quality and delivery times.

  • Visits to the salon to select the consistency of materials with each other.

  • Design of 3D visualization based on the approved concept.

  • Selection of colors and samples of finishing materials, textiles, furniture materials.

  • Calculation of the final quantity taking into account purchasing formats and recommended optimal stock.

  • Interaction with contractors: drawing up commercial proposals, agreeing on samples of materials with the customer, checking article numbers before delivery and installation of customer-approved items, approving deadlines for the execution of ordered items.

  • Consulting contractors on the project, generating several options for the client to order, conducting a tender and assisting in making the final decision.

  • Making adjustments and clarifications to working drawings (if necessary).

We resolve controversial and unforeseen situations at a construction site, update design documentation and, if necessary, find replacement materials

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE

  • development of accurate estimates for repair and construction work;

  • purchase of construction materials;

  • control over the quality of purchased building materials;

  • compliance with construction deadlines;

  • quality control of work performed by builders;

  • all other work that the construction manager must do;

  • organization of deliveries to the site/reception/inspection;

  • organization of complaints (if necessary).
