Kitchen-living room isolated from the living part of the house. Combined bathroom with bath, shower and 2-bowl washbasin. There is a separate guest bathroom and is located near the furnace room. The combustion room is designed to meet the requirements of placing a gas boiler. There is a spacious terrace and porch under the canopy of the house, for a comfortable exit from the house in bad weather.
The house is suitable for both narrow and rectangular plots of regular shape. The project was developed based on simple building structures.
