The modern house design is perfect for a family of 4 people.
The house was designed taking into account the location of the cardinal directions. All service premises are oriented to the north, and the most valuable cardinal points are given over to bedrooms and recreation areas.
On the ground floor there is a public area. Getting into the house we pass through the vestibule, from which we can go to the furnace room. There is a guest bathroom next to the entrance to the house, so that people coming from the street can use the restroom. The spacious hall is a distribution element. From it you can access the kitchen, which is separate from the living room, the dining room near the kitchen and the living room relaxation area. An office has been allocated for work on this floor. The living room has a large, roomy sofa, a TV wall and a place for a fireplace. From the living and dining rooms you can access a spacious and comfortable terrace.
The garage is allocated on the ground floor, but is not connected to the residential area. The entrance to the garage is provided from the porch under a canopy. In this way, we protected the residential block from exhaust odors, while maintaining convenience for entering the house.
On the second floor there is a residential block. There are 2 children’s rooms, a master bedroom with its own bathroom and wardrobe, as well as a separate bathroom and laundry room. There is a second light in the second floor hall. And thanks to the large panoramic windows you can enjoy a beautiful view of the site.
The design of this project is simple in construction, as it was originally designed for reinforced concrete. slabs with load-bearing walls made of expanded clay concrete blocks. The project turned out beautiful and functional.
