Project for a young family. We designed a house for them in a modern style with a foundation for the future. The customers wanted to get the necessary set of premises for a comfortable country life. We provided a spacious office for hobbies and work, and added a separate pantry to the kitchen, where all the unsightly kitchen utensils can be stored.
The dining area has sufficient space to accommodate a large number of guests. It is the main center of the first floor. Its location opposite the flight of stairs creates a beautiful view when the owners descend from the second floor.
Also on the ground floor a block was added for a garage for 2 cars and a motorcycle in the future. In front of the garage there is a carport, which forms the volume of this group. This block is connected to the house by a walk-through covered terrace. We will move the garage away from the house specifically so that exhaust fumes do not enter the house.
On the second floor there is a living area. There are 2 children’s rooms and a master bedroom with its own wardrobe and bathroom. Also from the second floor there is a second light into the living room and there is access to the usable roof of the garage.
The house has many advantages and is equipped with everything necessary for modern country life.
