We received an apartment with a "vest" type layout for work. The apartment is oriented on 2 sides, and one of the proposed rooms is connected to the public area through the corridor. This influenced the development of redevelopment. We have allocated a dining area, kitchen — living room and bedroom and children’s room. The initially combined bathroom was divided into a separate bathroom with a bathtub and a utility unit. Thus, the layout of the apartment turned out to be European; when entering the apartment, we immediately find ourselves in the common living area and do not see any obstacles.

KITCHEN-LIVING ROOM

Thanks to large windows and a ceiling height of 3.3 m, the apartment has a lot of natural light. This airiness and openness is supported in the interior decoration. A combination of light decor in combination with a dark truffle shade was chosen. The main color of the interior walls is a warm gray tone. The TV area is designed with a light plaster texture. It echoes the texture of the tiles on the floor. This combination gives a cohesive image to the interior.

BEDROOM

The bedroom contains everything you need: a bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables, mirrors. There is a protrusion of a column at the head of the bed; in order to level the plane of the wall without using building materials, it was decided to cover it with panels. This resulted in a flat surface without changes, filled with a functional area in the form of a niche for decoration and a small cabinet above the bed. The aesthetic headboard area has emerged, which is the main element of the room. Materials that support the main design of the apartment are used here.

KIDS ROOM

The children’s room was spacious and bright. Designed for the future. As the child grows older, it will be possible to provide the necessary furniture. The large, spacious closet has different storage areas: open shelves where you can put away toys and quickly tidy up the room, space for multi-level clothes, drawers for small laundry.
The workplace fits into a niche. Organized open shelves for books and drawers for school items.

BATHROOM AND TOILET

For the bathroom, we chose large-format marble-effect tiles to reduce the number of visible seams. The bathroom has a shower, washing and drying machines in the cabinet, a wall-hung toilet, and a washbasin with a cabinet. At the same time, the area of the premises is only 4 sq.m., but despite this we took into account all the clients' requirements.
