It was necessary to think through the layout of the apartment, allocate a sleeping area, if possible, get a living room area, place a large refrigerator side by side in the kitchen, allocate a workplace in the apartment and organize a sufficient number of storage systems, and, if possible, fit the clients' existing sofa and armchair into the interior.

ESTIMATE OF COSTS

KITCHEN-LIVING ROOM

To zone the space, walls were erected to separate the hallway from the common area and provide additional storage space. The center of the layout composition was the kitchen-living room. To create a combined living room with kitchen, the sleeping area was allocated near the window and separated by a glass partition with textiles for privacy. This allows daylight to enter the living room.

SLEEPING AREA

The decoration of the premises is made mainly in monochrome; a graphic wallpaper pattern flows into the sleeping area, this supports the composition with a glass loft partition and a geometric tile pattern. The ornament creates light play and variety. This decoration gives the interior dynamics and character. Warm shades of wood soften the color scheme. Natural textures create comfort and emphasize its naturalness.

BATHROOM AND HALLWAY

In order to properly organize all the necessary items in the bathroom, we had to change the location of communications: move the toilet. This way we got space for a full bath, washbasin and washing machine and an aesthetically pleasing appearance when entering the bathroom.

DESIGN PROJECT

The image of the interior was formed after a meeting with customers and their wishes. It was necessary to create a warm and cozy interior with a homely atmosphere. The idea was based on Scandinavian motifs, clear lines, contrasting elements, warm colors, geometric patterns. The Nordic character of the design added expressiveness and a fresh image to the Scandinavian style to the interior.
