The object of our studio’s work is an apartment for a young family without children, with a total area of almost 80 square meters. The apartment is in a panel house, and therefore it will not be possible to make global changes to the planning decisions.
The customers wanted a functional space with a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a children’s room for two children in the future.
At the same time, the apartment should have a simple and uncomplicated design and have certain design features.
Take into account when designing the storage area (so that nothing is stored openly), provide "more air" in the apartment, and also be able to change the design to suit your mood.

SOLUTION

What was done:

• The space of the kitchen area has been redesigned from the point of view of cooking efficiency (when everything is conveniently located and at hand);
• The bathroom has a large 1800 mm bathtub and a shower. In addition to the installation, in the bathroom there was an additional storage area and a washbasin;
• The spaces of the bedroom and the future children's room have been worked out.
• The design focuses on natural, natural materials and color combinations, as well as shades of natural wood;
• The use of shutters in the kitchen and bedroom areas is a distinctive feature of this apartment. They set a certain atmosphere in the interior.
• The children's room was designed for the future, based on the fact that first one child appears, then the second (proper zoning of the room). The color scheme was chosen to be neutral to suit both boys and girls.
