The project is interesting because it is a rather rare atypical apartment, a two-level apartment with a terrace with a ceiling height of about 5.5 meters.

From the point of view of design thinking, this was truly a flight of fancy, because a staircase was added to the interior to climb to the second level, and, consequently, the space below it, which had to be played out and harmoniously fitted, provide storage space, and so on.

The clients are a young family without children who are interested in music and play musical instruments.

It should be noted that we started working with this family, so to speak, the second time. The first time we met was when they came to us with a completely different apartment. After talking for some time, both they and we realized that it was not possible to realize their ideas within the confines of this (initial) layout. And they decide to return this apartment and choose a more suitable option to fulfill all their "wants". Then we chose a new apartment together with them, so that we could be sure that this was WHAT WE NEED!!!

Customers set the following tasks for us:

• Make your apartment a cozy home;
• Provide a place to store musical instruments where you can play them;
• Select a room for the future nursery;
• Create a cozy living room with a kitchen, dining and sofa area

SOLUTION

What was done:

• Living room, kitchen and dining area, placed a large sofa;
• 2 bathrooms (one for the guest, the second for the master bedroom);
• Master bedroom on the 1st floor;
• Future children’s room, dressing room on the 2nd floor;
• Space on the balcony near the terrace on the 2nd floor for placing musical instruments. It turned out that this zone belongs both to the living room area and to the 2nd floor, so when organizing meetings with friends you can both play and communicate.
• Entrance area with wardrobe for outerwear under the stairs;
• We integrated a bio-fireplace and imitation wooden logs into the guest area to give the apartment the appearance of a real country house.
• The interior style is a mix of modern trends and classic solutions, which made it possible to get the perfect look of this apartment (or rather, a full-fledged house!)
• Use of warm milky colors in the interior;
• Using the color of the parquet "like wood";
• Contrasting black graphic elements;
• Accent color. In our case, it was blue, as well as green plants throughout the space.

Bottom line: interior design and non-standard solutions really transformed this two-level apartment into a modern country house that would meet all the requirements, requests and wishes of our customers
