Apartment for a family with one child. Initially, it was an apartment with a single common space. We had the task of turning it into a full-fledged apartment with a common kitchen-living room and separate bedrooms for adults and children. The clients wanted an apartment in a modern style in gray tones with a dark combination of wood.

SOLUTION

We have allocated a dining area, a kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a children’s room. The largest room was given over to the children’s room, reassembling the unit at the entrance to make it possible to enter from the living room. The combined bathroom was divided into a separate bathroom with a bathtub and utility unit. Thus, the layout of the apartment turned out to be European; when entering the apartment, we immediately find ourselves in the common living area and do not see any obstacles.
