This facility is located in the Polish city of Szczecin. The customers received a 2-tier apartment from the developer and wanted to plan it correctly and create a modern and stylish design. It was necessary to get a kitchen-living room area, a bedroom, a nursery and an office in a small apartment area of 72 sq.m. It was also necessary to propose a solution on how to fit the staircase into the design.

SOLUTION

We offered several options for planning solutions and the customers chose the most suitable one for them. On the ground floor we placed a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, organized storage in the hallway, and allocated space for a laundry unit in the large bathroom. The second floor was given over to a nursery and an office, since the owner of the house works from home. A small bathroom was also installed here so that we didn’t have to go down to the first floor all the time. The staircase was designed with floating steps and a metal railing. Thus, it became an interesting object in the design of this house.
The interior design is made in gray and beige tones in combination with the natural color of wood. Dark elements add contrast and emphasize the expressiveness of the interior.
