Development of a house design project for a young family leading an active lifestyle and receiving many guests in their home.
It was necessary to obtain a practical interior that would be easy to clean. It was necessary to think through the design of the kitchen-living-dining area to make it as convenient to use as possible.
The customers were completely unaware of the design they liked, so it was necessary to offer them various options. They were ready to experiment, and we got to work!

SOLUTION

What was done:

• developed a planning solution taking into account all the features of the geometry of the house;
• we carefully planned the kitchen area: tall cabinets, behind which all large household items were hidden; sink opposite the window; storage areas;
• a large dining table for 8 people was placed in the dining area with the possibility of additional seating in the future;
• a fireplace was installed in the living room, which attracts the attention of guests;
• planned out the bedroom space on the attic floor;
• we added contrasting black elements, as well as loft-style details (for example, in the kitchen they used a combination of decorative plaster and wood);
• we used a metal fence in the interior of the staircase, softening this rather rough stylistic element by using softer elements that give additional comfort to the house (straw lamps in the dining room, a large soft sofa in the living room, etc.);
• in the bedroom we painted the walls and sloping ceiling in the same color to remove the emphasis from the slope of the ceiling on the attic floor, placing the emphasis of the lighting system on local lighting in the room rather than on general lighting;
• using light wall colors to ensure the design remains relevant for a long time;
• we planned a functional solution for a storage system in the bedroom at the head of the bed, and also provided for the presence of a ladies table.

Thus, thanks to a mix of various elements and design techniques, it was possible to obtain a modern interior without being tied to a specific time and style.
